SHIPYARD PLAYS STARRING ROLE IN NEW MERSEY MARITIME FILM.

Cammell Laird’s shipyard, RRS Sir David Attenborough and our Assistant Ship Manager Claire Biggar all play a starring role in a powerful new film produced by Mersey Maritime as part of this year’s Mersey Maritime Industry Awards.

This City is Built on Maritime had its premier in front of 500 guests during a black tie awards ceremony at Liverpool’s St George’s Hall last Friday night.

The 2-minute black-and-white film, which is set to a stirring orchestral track, focuses on Liverpool City Region’s booming £4bn maritime sector.
